1. Returns on Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened, unused fragrances within 14 days of the delivery date. If you would like to return an item, please ensure it remains in its original packaging and is in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used fragrance products. Once a fragrance has been unsealed, it is considered final sale.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your fragrance arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a full refund in such cases.
4. Sample Program
To help you find your perfect scent, we offer sample sizes or complimentary tester vials with select orders. Please try these samples before unsealing your full-size bottle to ensure your satisfaction with the fragrance.
